Twist Yoga is a welcoming, community-oriented yoga studio with the BEST teachers in town. We have classes for new to yoga students and advanced yogis and everything in between. We have heated classes, power yoga, restorative, yoga and teacher trainings. 2013 Where it all began. We built the studio from the ground up with dedication, compassion, hard work and a mission to create a hub of happiness. We remain dedicated to this as your first locally owned yoga studio in LO. Thank you to all who have supported, shared space, and worked together towards collective health and happiness. Now, who remembers Lakeside Tan? Before that, our space was Lakeside Video!!!!

This is just one of many students who sign up for this program who have a life changing experience along the way. YTT is not just for those looking to teach but also for those seeking change and enriching their lives on and off their mat.
