Team Member of the Month: Hope Sander

Hope joined the Sunnyside team 8 months ago. When asked why makes Hope stand out amongst her coworkers, the response was “She has a great relationship with the residents, is always willing to help out her coworkers and picks up extra shifts.” When Hope is working, “she ensures that everyone is safe and content throughout her shift.” Some of her stand out qualities are communication, efficiency and good time management. She is always happy, has lots of jokes and it brings her joy to make others smile and to make the residents’ days a little brighter! When not at work you might find Hope making blankets, at a derby or going for drives-- she also enjoys a good nap!
