With the construction on HWY 9, please allow extra driving time so that you are on time for your appointment. Please refer to the Iowa DOT site to find the right detour for you.
An alternate route coming from the East is to take a right at Vicks Corner and go north on 86, go 1 mile and take a left on 140th street. (Warning that is a a gravel road). From the west you turn into Harris and go north, turn right at Osceola Ave and follow that out of town for about 1 mile and take a right on 130th Street into Lake Park.

We will be holding our clinic on Wednesday July, 23rd 2025 at our office location (222 Market St) from 9am-11am.

‼️Here are a couple of reminders:
1. Please have all paperwork filled out prior to your childs appointment.
2. Payment is due at time of service ($40) or your child will not receive their paperwork back until paid.
3. On the sign up please leave your t-shirt size so we can provide you with one!

Niemeier Spine & Sports Chiropractic is celebrating 20 years in business this year!

Owner, Dr. Chad Niemeier, was inspired to start his business after being injured playing football in his freshman year. After several treatments with a chiropractor, he was able to play again, and that's when he decided to become a chiropractor and make a difference in people's lives.

Dr. Niemeier and Dr. Updike have a passion for helping people feel better and offer treatments for all ages, from infants to the elderly. Living in Lake Park and being part of such a great community has helped them get to know their patients on a personal level, knowing what is happening in their daily lives and being able to take care of all their chiropractic needs.

A huge Congratulations are in order for them on this incredible milestone!
