A lot of noise. For many, overwhelm, shock, disgust, and anger. A lot that the body quietly holds.

This Thursday evening: A Space to Exhale at The Energy Alignment studio in Lake Park.

A small gathering for women who need a pause from the weight of it all. Through Reiki, Biofield Tuning (Sound Resonance), intuitive energy work, and gentle somatic nervous system support, we allow the body to soften and settle. All you need to do is show up and breathe.

We had such a wonderful Reiki class this past weekend with these truly special humans who are now certified Level Two Usui Holy Fire III ๐Ÿ”ฅReiki practitioners.

Watching people reconnect with their own healing ability never gets old. The way this group showed up for themselves and for one another was powerful, and sincere.

Once you remember your Reiki energy, it stays with you. It becomes something you can return to again and again, for yourself and for the people you love.
