I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to inform you about a new regulation affecting massage therapy businesses in Florida, as outlined in HB197. This legislation aims to enhance client safety and ensure compliance within the industry.

New ID Verification
Requirement:

As part of the updated regulations, I am now required to verify the identification of all clients before providing any services.
At your next appointment, I will need to ensure that we have your full legal name, address, and phone number on file in your Client Profile.

As your Massage Therapist, I am dedicated to making this process as seamless as possible, but I will need to collect this information from all whose profiles are not currently up-to-date.

I greatly appreciate your understanding and
cooperation with this new requirement. My top priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of all my clients while complying with state regulations.
