What do you think is the key to creating a positive work culture?
-The key to fostering a positive work culture is approaching each day with a smile and a positive attitude.

What leadership lesson has stuck with you the most?
-Effective leaders set the tone for their teams through the example they demonstrate each day.

How do you celebrate success with your team?
-I recognize and celebrate team achievements by offering incentives, hosting luncheons, and providing personalized notes and meaningful feedback.

How do you build strong relationships within your department?
-I foster strong departmental relationships by upholding an open-door policy, welcoming all team members to discuss any issues, ideas, or feedback in a supportive environment
