How We Came to Be

Adirondack Foot Sanctuary was opened in July, 2018 by Christina Frazier. Christina was born and raised in New England and returned “home” after 30 years in Bend, Oregon where she built a thriving massage and healing arts practice. Christina is not your typical bodyworker or spa owner. She believes that self-care and the kind of cozy indulgence the foot sanctuary provides are keys to physical and spiritual wellness.

The feet are a gateway to the body and our soles carry us through life, so it’s only fitting that we’d take a little extra time out to care for them. Whether you’re a Lake Placid local or visiting our beautiful area, we hope to have the opporutnity to care for your soles and your soul in our little shop!
