Had a blast yesterday at the NYSEF Snowsports aid station for IRONMAN Lake Placid, saved a butterfly, got absolutely downpoured on, and served up the fruit and chips and pretzels to soooo many grateful athletes. Back in the studio today for post Ironman massages! 🤙
