If you are interested in working at a fun, but sometimes crazy physical therapy practice making people laugh, sweat, feel better, and sometimes cry, these are the qualities we are looking for:

🕰️ Punctual- or in other words 10 minutes early

👫Team Player- make decisions with the team in mind, not oneself

👍🏻Respectful- be able to take instruction and correction with grace not attitude. You will need to be able to keep two PT’s, a PTA, and an ATC happy! (snowflakes need not apply)

🏃‍♂️Reliable- show up on time- every. single. day (if you have a history of calling out of work unexpectedly more than twice a year this job is not for you)

🤡Comical/fun loving/sing/dance etc- we like to joke and have fun! It’s why our patients love us

👩‍💻 Multi-tasker- Be able to handle 3 therapist’s schedule, answer phones, type, and make a full meal all at the same time

Now- Why Are We Hiring You Ask?
Simple, our keeper/right hand/glue that holds it all together is moving in a few months 😫 so we need a replacement or should I say her clone. She’ll be the one training you! BTW- she does her job, and does it well. 💪🏻 We’re looking now so we have plenty of time to find the right team member.

I’ve always believed that if you are successful, you must share your success with others, so in the spirit of giving we are doing a toy drive again this year to benefit Toys for Tots. Front desk receptionist/PT Aide needed for a busy and growing physical therapy practice. Pay depends on experience with potential to increase following probationary period ($15-$20/hr). We have a great reputation within the medical community as well as with our patients. We are part PT clinic and part comedy show! We love to have fun at work! However, maintaining our excellent reputation as clinicians requires us to have high expectations and standards, which in turn requires support personnel that are driven and have exceptional work ethic.

*have previous medical office experience *be proficient with computer scheduling and EMR
