Patient First All Patient First Medical Centers are open 8 am to 8 pm every day of the year, including holidays.

Founded in 1981, Patient First Medical Centers provide urgent care, primary care, and occupational health services on a non-appointment, walk-in basis from 8 am to 8 pm, 365 days a year. Telehealth services are also available on a non-appointment basis from 8 am to 6 pm, every day. Patient First physicians and staff care for routine injuries and illnesses, and provide women's medical services; vaccinations; annual, sports, and school physicals; workers' comp/work injury care; DOT physicals; and more.

The 25th Annual Pet Expo, hosted by the Henrico Humane Society at the Richmond Raceway Complex, was filled with energy from the moment the doors opened.

Hundreds of attendees.
Adoptable pets.
More than 75 vendors supporting rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming efforts.

As a Furry Friend sponsor, we backed the puppy races — two groups, six dogs each, sprinting toward their owners.

Blink, and you’d miss it.
But you couldn’t miss the excitement.

By the end of the event, we left with more than just puppy race memories.

We left reminded that being present — outside our walls — strengthens connection in ways you can’t plan for.

Safe to say, this won’t be our last Pet Expo!

Our Sterling, VA center is temporarily CLOSED due to a utility issue. We do not have an estimated time for reopening. Please check back on our website and social media channels for updates. All other centers, including telehealth services, are open normal hours.
