Today I spent the day at a Women’s gathering doing Thai Bodywork to 7 women! I held space for them to release what no longer serves physically and emotionally.
I love that we have normalized women loving women and women taking the day to pour into themselves. I tribe with these women! 💜

When I got home I took off all of my clothes and saged myself…
