We’re all toxic.

We don’t love this about ourselves, but it’s just the truth about being human. We tend to struggle with our humanity. That we have the light, and the shadow self.

Doing the work means we are aware. It means we see the messy parts of who we are and we’re willing to look. To learn new ways of coping. New ways of reacting.

May we all heal 🙏

Take your time.

Healing does not happen overnight.

Hurt as long as you need to.

Grab those pieces of yourself, hold them like it's the last time, because maybe it is the last time.

Maybe today is the day you lay those pieces of you down, leave some of you behind, get up, and start over.

Rebuild. Reinvent. Rise.

There's light you have not seen yet, life still waiting to show you a new sky, colors you have not seen, music waiting for you to dance, an endless ocean, playing like a drumroll just for you.

No need to rush.

Those stars are not going anywhere, they are waiting for you to come out of your dark and see the light you've always been.

Close your eyes, babe. Make a wish.

Stars are born from moments like this; Just you and a new day to shine, and be anything you want, but mostly happy.
