Hello & Welcome! I am currently practicing as a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) and a School Counselor. I am committed to improving mental health awareness and helping others uncover their own understanding and solutions, waiting to be found within.

I hold a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and School Counseling Certification in the state of Missouri.

Since 2011, I have developed a diverse background in public and parochial education, including special education, middle school math, and K-8 counseling. This broad experience provides a unique understanding of diverse learning styles, developmental stages, and the complexities of individual needs, allowing me to offer insightful and tailored support to others across different age groups, settings, and contexts.

Within counseling I use Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Growth Mindset approaches. Navigating uncertainty can be challenging, and my aim is to support others in finding peace and hope while developing effective coping mechanisms.
