Spa Experience Siesta Key is looking for a Spa Concierge / Aesthetician to join our team!

This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, great with clients, and confident handling front desk responsibilities while also providing facials as needed on off days from the front desk.

What we’re looking for:
🫵 Valid Esthetician License required
🫵 Must live in Sarasota
🫵 Strong computer skills
🫵 Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
🫵 Great customer service and communication skills
🫵 Bilingual is a plus
🫵 Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities include:
👉 Managing appointment scheduling
👉 Client check-in and front desk support
👉 Greeting clients warmly and professionally
👉 Promoting spa treatments, products, and special packages
👉 Upselling services and retail products
👉 Handling POS and cash transactions
👉 Supporting the Spa Director with daily operations
👉 Providing facials as needed

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Contract
