Find your tribe. So often we hold onto people that don't have our best interest at heart. So often people only want to break down what we are trying to build up in our lives. They cant stand to see us prosper. Don't be afraid to cut ties. Don't be afraid to seek out your tribe. Don't repeat the same patterns by allowing unkind fake people in your circle. Step into you power by surrounding yourself with truly loving and caring people. Find your tribe. Allow yourself to step into your power. Be unstoppable..

Thank you universe!! I have had so many amazing doors and opportunities open up for me in the past month. Im so blessed by the new things happening in my life right now. Whatever is weighing you down close the door on it. Accept that it doesn't serve you so that new doors can open in your life. Love to you.

What is something positive that you do with your time to help you manage depression and anxiety. We all suffer sometimes from different situations and scenarios.

Lets share here what we work on or use as stress relief. Maybe it will give others ideas of things to try..Ill go first...

I bake sourdough bread. I started a few months ago while going through a very dramatic and stressful situation. It has turned into my biggest outlet. It keeps my mind occupied and keeps me actively up and moving about, getting me off the couch where I was perched and taken over by emotions.

With so much going on around us within our circles, environments and life it is so important to have people in our lives that are 100% there for us. My wish is for everyone to chose people that choose you. Life is to short to surround ourselves with fake people, bad energies and false hope. Its better to have a select few real friends than groups of acquaintances that call themselves friends to our face and prove different behind our backs. So choose people who chose you. This is so powerful to me

Alot of us feel overwhelmed, depressed, repressed or just bogged down. Life can get stagnant and heavy not to mention so many different hurdles to deal with. I am here hoping and praying tonight that anybody who is going through it, whatever it is finds peace and power. Such as this beautiful woman in this picture. Whatever your struggle is hold onto your power so you can evolve from your battle like a phoenix.
