How do you manage your stress and get through the stress cycle?
To deal with the stress here's some ideas:
Run, walk, work out, yoga, dancing, physical activity can recalibrate your central nervous system and you will feel calm afterwards.
Sleep, affection, yoga, tai chi, meditation or having a good cry for 5 min, massage, doing your nails, doing your hair.
Doing a form of art or journaling can also complete the stress response.
Deal with the stress and you will feel better!
