From Setback to Comeback: Grateful for the Journey Back to Running

Two months ago, I honestly didn’t think I’d ever run again. I was discouraged and unsure of what the future held. Then I met Todd @ Pro Action — and everything changed.
Todd didn’t just provide physical therapy; he became a guide on my journey back to running. With his support, knowledge, and encouragement—and a lot of hard work on my part—I slowly started to recover.
On May 31, I ran the Helvetia Half Marathon and crossed the finish line with results that would make any runner proud.
None of this would have been possible without Todd and the amazing team at ProAction. Because of them, I’m back to doing what I love. Forever grateful. 🏃‍♀️

With over 35 years of coaching experience combined, the AHS Baseball program is proudly running a one day camp for our youth (ages 5-14) in the community and beyond. The camp will be focused on foundational fundamentals to better your athletes knowledge of the game and skill set.

Camp runs from 2pm-5pm check-in starting at 1pm
*Please note that a parent or guardian must sign a waiver at check-in for their athlete to be able to participate in camp
