For most of us, the ideas and messages we received about love painted it as something to come to us from the outside. The truest experience of love can come when we realize how we can cultivate it on our own.
Not only can this be the most stable form of love (one that is within your own control) but it is the most necessary. After all, you are going to be with yourself for life, guaranteed.
Take intentional action to communicate to yourself how much you matter and that you deserve love ❤️

The foundation of mindfulness is sitting with your present being, no matter what that may be. However, in most of our daily lives we find ourselves in a constant state of doing- planning, list making, solving problems, completing daily tasks, etc. This can be exhausting overtime for our body and mind.
Take moments through out your day, maybe every hour, to hit pause and be present with your being.

Keep an eye out for a body scan meditation that will be posted soon as a way to connect with your body and your being!

Admittedly, I have been very absent on social media the past few months. I find social media to be a necessary evil for building a business, one that I quickly burn out from and goes against a lot of my own morals and values.
After spending some needed time not posting, I will be making regular attempts to keep awareness up regarding changes in my business and general importance of our connection with nature.
That being said; live 2023 intentionally, sowing the seeds you plan and nurturing those you don’t but are happy to see sprout 🌱

Happy Autumn Equinox! A time for balance, reflection and a start of turning inward.

🍁 you may see the leaves changing, falling, beginning their journey to become nutrients for other plants

💨 you may notice a new briskness to the air, dew drops on your grass, be able to count a ‘few’ more clouds in the sky

🥄 Your fall palette may now consist more of pumpkin spice, savory soups or hot herbal teas

☀️ However you notice Fall; embrace the changes both within and outside of you.
Let your old leaves fall and be grateful for the nutrients they give back to you.
Sit and breathe with the new winds, they may have something important to say.
