Hi everyone, my name is Alexandra Cortez, owner of A. Cortez Massage Therapy located in Lake Wales Florida.

I wanted to share a bit about myself so you all can get to know me. Let’s talk about massage therapy! I graduated from Ridge Career College in June of 2019. My favorite massage modalities are trigger point therapy, deep tissue and myofascial release along with cupping. I have worked in both a spa and clinical setting so I am well versed in multiple aspects of massage therapy.

I’m also a mom who enjoys spending quality family time, I love going on hikes and also love to stay active. I enjoy working out with my personal trainer () as well as going to barre and yoga classes. I also enjoy a really good christian book because without the Lord none of this would be possible. My favorite book is Uninvited by Lysa TerKerst.

I’m so excited to embark on this journey with you all and will be doing a giveaway soon. Be sure to share my page & invite your friends to like it.
