Radiant Roots Womens Circle starts March 1st

We will be meeting once a month(2x in May) and the theme will be different each time that we meet. This is an opportunity for us as women to connect somewhere that is judgment free and open to all backgrounds. Somewhere we can come together to share our wisdoms, our emotions, our experiences and learn from one another so we may grow together. There is too much division and negativity around us right now... leave the negative energy behind and find a place where you can feel uplifted in spirit.

We will engage is discussions, journal, craft together, create intentions and explore other modalities we can do together to decompress from the hustle and bustle of life and expectations placed on us as mom's, wives, sisters, business women, and/or caretakers of the home.

Part of yoga is Seva - selfless service. To give because it improves the world or someone's life with no expectations of being rewarded. Today I planted a garden for our Lake of the Hills Community Center . I cant wait to see how it turns out.

If anyone has anything they would like to donate for our gardens, please reach out to me! Every little bit can help as many people enjoy the garden when attending events or renting our venue for their own events.

I look forward to the day we have hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies galore 😍
