Our hearts are heavy as we hold our dear teacher and friend, Summer Barnes, close during this unimaginable time. Summer’s beloved son, Maddox, has passed away, and our Yoga Haven family is surrounding her with love, prayers, and support.

Your teacher is everywhere, waiting for you to be ready. That’s the model you can work on. So you don’t have to rush to India because it’s always right where you are. There are beings who can get high as any enlightened being ever got, sitting in the middle of Topeka, Kansas, or in the middle of New York, or in the middle of anywhere. Everything I have done in life lately has been on a learning curve. Let go of the fear, the anxiety, the what ifs... trust me! It is so hard at first but after you do you realize the "worst" that can happen is failure and then its just improvement from there. No one actually knows what they are doing. We are all just navigating this life and trying our best. Do so with grace and compassion.

Also, embrace the suck 🤗

You’re probably not going to be great off the bat. I wasn’t good at wrestling then I got decent. I wasn’t strong. Then I got strong. I was absolutely terrible at business now I do a decent job.

Embrace the suck my friends. You won’t be good in the beginning but that’s where the fun is. Getting better. ❤️❤️❤️
