With over 20 years of experience as a master personal trainer, Celeste brings a wealth of knowledge in strength training, sports nutrition, Pilates and working with the older adult population.

She has spent much of her career collaborating with rehab professionals — making her the perfect compliment to the care we provide here at Borne PT
