We've been listening — mornings are your favorite, so we're bringing more Pilates to the AM! We've added Reformer Pilates at 7:00 AM & shifted Classic Pilates to Tuesday mornings at 6:30 & 9:30 AM. 🌿

And mark your calendars — we have TWO Yoga Pop Ups coming the last week of June! Tuesday & Saturday evenings. More details coming soon. 🧘

Dry needling, Pilates cues, laundry, mopping — nobody said running your own practice was glamorous 😂

But hands-on healing and real human connection? No algorithm is replacing that anytime soon 💪

This is what mommy & me yoga is all about. 🌸 🤸🏻‍♀️

Not perfect poses, not quiet kids — just moms and their littles moving together, laughing together, and showing up together.

There is no wrong way to show up here. Wiggly is welcome. Silly is celebrated. This space is for all of it.

Thank you to every mom who came out and let their little ones just be kids.

That IS the practice.
