My name is Serena Ogden Owner/Body Wellness Practitioner and I look forward to working with you to help sculpt your body as well as several detoxing services. If you are not familiar with how body contouring or wellness works, a consultation is the best way to start and it is complimentary. It will give you an opportunity to ask any questions and after a brief assessment your Practitioner can suggest the best course of treatment and determine from a professional perspective if you are a good candidate for treatment and the approximate number of treatments necessary to reach your individual goal. Custom packages are available depending on your wants and needs. We also offer payment plans through Klarna and other 3rd party payment plans. We have monthly specials that are different each month. ☕SORE THROAT TEA 🌿

📝 INGREDIENTS:

1 cup water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tea bag (green tea or herbal tea, optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1: BOIL THE WATER
- In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium heat.

STEP 2: ADD CINNAMON
- Once the water is boiling, add the ground cinnamon. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

STEP 3: ADD HONEY AND LEMON
- Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the honey and lemon juice until fully dissolved. If you prefer a bit of spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper at this stage.

STEP 4: OPTIONAL TEA BAG
- If using, add the tea bag to the mixture and let it steep for an additional 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

STEP 5: STRAIN AND SERVE
- Strain the tea into a cup to remove any cinnamon residue or tea bag. Enjoy your warm cinnamon sore throat tea while it’s still hot.
