Happy Family Friday!

Lake Worth Rehabilitation Center staff came together to celebrate National Plant a Pot Day in a fun and creative way! Team members dressed in their favorite floral outfits to bring a little extra color and cheer to the day. Staff also spent time painting brand-new pots for the center plants, adding their own unique designs and personal touches.

Altagrace consistently goes beyond her job description to ensure positive, patient-centered outcomes for both residents and staff. When a newly admitted resident began withdrawing emotionally and refusing therapy, she didn’t see it as someone else’s responsibility, she saw it as an opportunity to make a difference. She took the time to sit one-on-one with the resident, listen to their fears, and truly understand their concerns about recovery. Within days, the resident began actively participating in therapy and showed measurable improvement in both engagement and overall mood.
