Five Star Fitness and is a personal fitness gym and wellness center serving clients in the Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth and Lantana areas. By creating custom workouts for each client, our personal trainers are able to optimize their fitness programs for each person's age, body type, and lifestyle. This trainer-client centered approach to fitness and wellness helps to both increase physical strength and reshape physiques, as well as boost energy levels and improve a client's confidence and outlook.
