He specializes in fabricating glasses and fitting of contact lenses including 'scleral' lenses. Dr. Steven Friefeld is a board certified optometrist specializing in the treatment of dry eyes and infectious eye disorders. Dr. Monique Barbour leads the team as our board certified, fellowship trained, eye physician and surgeon with over 20 years of experience. Not only does she specialize in advanced cataract and glaucoma surgery, she has also published studies on pterygium procedures and managed diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Barbour is also the most experienced cosmetic surgeon with a focus on botox, fillers and skin rejuvenation with lasers.
