For decades my CC (Close Combat) workout process to harden what must be hardened and increased. variables included and regularly changed.

- Elbow strike on a stone bag
- Fist strike on a stone bag (each side and face of the hand)
- Headbutt on a stone bag (the more head angle as possible)
- Knee strike on a stone bag
- Ankle strike on a stone bag
- hardwood roll-on on the tibia
- Plyometrics movements and exercises
- Dynamics movements and exercises
- Flexibility movements and exercises

Without never forget to listen to my body and give him the necessary way to recuperate. Time makes things, impatience makes believe!!!

The repetitive technics are a death trap, the fixed styles are jails. A Combat is not a perpetual repetition ruled by an ancestral minority view seated on a book that smells musty. Combat is alive. Combat evolves. Combat is a violent and colored symphony. Combat is without rule, and limitless in its way to be applied!!! The base has never been the frozen property of an unconscious minority!!!

Age is just a number, aesthetics are not important at all. It is the strength, balance, and rationality of a powerful body in line with a healthy life that remains the foundation of sustainability!!! Time flies very quickly, people have to respect their bodies. Performance has never been the result of excess and bad habits...
