Great information! Figure out which song will be easy for you to recall, sing it in your head while pushing hard and fast!

Most cardiac arrests that don't happen in hospitals, happen in homes. Learn the 2 steps of Hands-Only CPR and be a heart saver:
👉 Call 911
👉 Push hard and fast in the center of the chest, using a song like "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" to help you keep the beat.
