Adult outdoor workout classes begin this week. Check out our website to learn more and sign up!! When you bring or refer a friend you both will receive half off your first session!!

Location: 6381 Lake Wylie Rd, Lake Wylie, SC 29710

Sessions include a 45 minute high intensity workout outdoors on our fully equipped mobile gym trained by our certified personal trainer. Workouts will include H.I.I.T. cardio, strength training, and plyometrics.
