Things to note: - Appointments can only be booked an hour in advanced online. Earlier appointments maybe available if you call or text. Missed calls will be returned as soon as possible as I may be with a client and cannot answer the phone right away. Please leave a voicemail with the service you would like. - Prepayment in full is required when booking online. - If you cancel your appointment on the same day you will be charged for the full service. No exceptions - If you are a no call, no show for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee - If you need to reschedule your appointment you have 24 hrs to do so without being charged the full service fee. If you cancel less than 24hrs you will be charged the $25 booking fee (appts booked via phone/text/email) - When booking an appointment (phone/text/email) a credit card must be on file and $25 deposit paid to hold appointment time and date.
