I may be small, but I’m built like a masterpiece. With 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than 100 tendons packed into this compact frame, I'm a marvel of motion. Oh, and I’ve got 8,000 nerves—so yes, I do feel everything.

Every day, I carry you through about 10,000 steps. Over a lifetime? That’s four times around the world. Not bad for a pair of feet, huh?

You may not think about me much—but trust me, without me, humanity wouldn’t have gotten very far (literally). So, here’s to all I do, and all you do to keep me going.
