Friends! I finally figured out what to get you for Christmas! A Pigeon in a Pear Tree! I’m gifting you a yoga class, Sunday December 19 at 2:00.

Log on a few minutes early if you have questions or requests. I’m planing a more stretchy, mobility class that is appropriate for all levels and all bodies. We will focus on hip opening poses. If you have yoga block, bring them. Bring a blanket and pillow as well!
