In 2003, Jonathan Gluck was 38 years old, a new father, and building a career when a fall on ice revealed something unexpected: an incurable cancer diagnosis. Doctors gave him 18 months to live.

More than 20 years later, after many treatments and recurrences, Jonathan found new hope through CAR-T cell therapy—an advanced cancer treatment that has given him more time to enjoy everyday moments with his family.

In recognition of Women’s History Month, our Women’s VOICE EIG brought colleagues together for a conversation with expert coach, speaker and author, Mary Olson-Menzel about navigating change and leading with intention.
