In recommendation from the CDC, as of October 1st we are offering the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccine to infants under 8 months as well as high risk patients under 20 months. As always, please feel free to call the office with any questions!

It’s that time of year!! Physical exam forms are usually required for Pre-K, Kindergarten, 6th, 9th, 12th, sports, and camps. Any refills or forms for medications, allergies, and asthma need exams within the year. Call and schedule sooner than later to avoid the rush (or forgetting 🤣)!!

Do you have your school and sport forms ready? We usually fill these out when you are in the office for an exam, so make sure you have your copies located if you don’t have an upcoming exam. We can fill out another copy if you have misplaced your previous copy of your forms (all exam forms, asthma action plans, medication forms, etc.), but don’t wait as there could be a delay if everyone requests at the last minute in August! 😉

Many will remember our Nurse Barb who helped so many with breastfeeding, general questions or just 1st time parent reassurances. The entire CMG family was saddened to hear of her passing on Monday after a long, courageous fight with cancer. Please note the office will be closed from 10am-1pm on Thursday, April 13th so we may be able to celebrate the time we were lucky enough to share with her and attend her funeral service. There will be staff available by phone to assist with minor issues during this time. Thank you in advance for allowing this inconvenience so we may grieve our friend & colleague. 💔👼🏻

It’s not too late, but there are only about 3 more weeks left for the flu clinics! The CDC is predicting this is going to be a bad flu season and we are already starting to see positive influenza cases in the office!! 💉🦠
