As our family continues to grow, I’ve decided to close the doors to Main Street Sauna on July 11. Although we will no longer have a physical office, nutrition and health coaching services will continue to be offered virtually. Many of our wellness products will also be available in our online store.

Thank you so much for your support since we’ve opened. Lakefield sure does shine when it comes to supporting small businesses! It has been an honor to support the many customers that have utilized the sauna, nutrition programs, and who’ve purchased products. I look forward to continuing to serve our community and individual wellness goals in the years ahead.

Happy June! :) Sauna sessions available by appointment. Wellness products also available (LMNT, Earthley Products, Equip Protein Powder) by appointment only.

Please see the calendar for the dates we are closed this month for family trips as well as the adjusted times for Summerfest activities.
