Colonial Manor Nursing Home Colonial Manor Nursing Home is a 37 bed skilled nursing facility located in the beautiful Lakefield, Minnesota.

We hold a rich history of caring for people for over 40 years, and we pride ourselves on providing dignity, comfort and quality care to our residents. Colonial Manor Nursing Home has many areas within the facility to meet resident needs - the fireside room has a wonderful fireplace which is very inviting for resident and family gatherings; there is also a conference room that can be used for priva

te dining, family gatherings and meetings. Outside, Colonial Manor has a large deck and courtyard area that overlooks the beautiful Lakefield Golf Course.

Last week was such a fun week for everyone here! National Skilled Nursing Week was a grand time. 🤗 Special shout out to our wonderful and compassionate employees. Especially thanking our dear @ Thank you nurses and all staff! What a dynamic team AND Residents! Now for the minnow races with our future Healthcare professionals
