I know that our community is hurting, confused and overwhelmed! I wanted to give a few survival tips to make it through each day.
1. Pace yourself! We are in it for the long haul.
2. Communicate with your loved ones!
3. Go outside( not the mall), sunshine is a natural healer!
4. spend a few minutes of quiet time each day ( meditate, pray, sit )
5. Have a schedule
6. Do some type of exercise ( dance,walk, bike ride)
