Care to Dance Inc. A 501c3 non-profit to present interactive ballroom dance programs to improve cognitive and physical It is interactive with those with dementia.

Importantly, Care to Dance is not entertainment - but it IS entertaining. This wellness program was created to slow or delay the impact of cognitive deterioration from dementia. They are challenged to participate as they are able, whether by actually dancing or using dance movement and singing. Dancers use elaborate and "blinged" costumes and era appropriate music to stimulate mind and body. Dance

s are introduced with a brief history and then demonstrated, with high energy and audience appeal ultimately transitioning to participation by attendees, their friends and family as well as care giver or care community staff members.
