Now most of you know I am not a videographer and I think my videos are..... well let's just say comical. But I have to share this carrot cake recipe from I am Baker. It is absolutely fabulous and taste better than Publix IMHO. So take a look and let me know what you think. Side note: The recipe calls for 55-60 mins cooking time, I would start looking at it around the 45 min mark. I cooked it for 50 mins and though most of the cake was moist the edges dried out.

this homemade carrot cake is amazing. though it says 55-60 minutes cooking time, I would check around 50 mins so not to dry out the edges

You can use the Whipped Cream Maker every day! Use it to whip eggs for an omelet, make aioli, mousse, and so much more (remember that e-cookbook I'll send when you purchase this)! By the way....it does make great whipped cream too...and you can make it in lots of flavors!! What a great way to spend time with the kiddos and/or grandkiddos. Oh and did I say it comes in the new consultant kit?
