March is Endometriosis Awareness Month
Please Share This Post.
It should not take 21 years to be believed.
But it did for me.
I was 32 years old when I was finally diagnosed with Stage IV endometriosis.
At 33 years old, I underwent a life-saving surgery.
In total, I had four surgeries — because when endometriosis goes undiagnosed for decades, it doesn’t just stay painful.
It progresses. It spreads. It becomes systemic.
The education that changed my life…the education that helped me reach remission is education, it took me over 21 years to get.
And I didn’t learn it from an OB-GYN.
I didn’t learn it from an excision specialist.
I had to research it.
Live it.
Refine it.
Apply it to my own body.
This May, I celebrate 10 years in remission.
Remission didn’t happen by accident.
It happened when I addressed inflammation, nervous system regulation, root triggers, nutrition, and whole-body healing — not just surgery alone.
That journey is why I became an Endo Coach.
In honor of Endometriosis Awareness Month, I’m opening the beta launch of my Anti-Inflammation Transformation Program -as a GROUP coaching experience.
I chose group coaching intentionally.
Because healing should not be a luxury.
Because support should not feel out of reach.
Because every Endo sister deserves access to answers.
Inside you’ll receive:
✨ A step-by-step anti-inflammatory roadmap
✨ Live group coaching and sisterhood
✨ Tools to reduce flare triggers
✨ The education it took me over 21 years to learn
✨ Instant Access to Endo Answers
