I need to show you this.
Too many of you are doing it wrong.
Too many of you are popping random supplements, skipping meals, stressing your nervous system, and wondering why your body is still flaring.
Meanwhile you’re bloated, you can’t p**p right, your energy is trash, and you feel like your body is fighting you every step of the way.
I’ve been there.
21 years of being dismissed.
Being told I was crazy.
Being told nothing was wrong.
Meanwhile my body said otherwise.
Even after surgery, I was still dealing with symptoms.
That’s when I realized… nobody was coming to figure this out for me.
So I did.
Too many of you are doing it like this:
• guessing with food

• living in survival mode
When you really need to be doing it like this:
• eating in a way that supports your body consistently
• regulating your stress response daily
• supporting your gut so you can actually p**p like a normal human

This is the work.
It’s not just food.
It’s not just mindset.
It’s not just supplements.
It’s all of it. Body, mind, spirit.
