Kat works with individuals as well as couples who might be suffering from depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, communication issues, substance abuse, or those who may be coping with a current or past trauma. She has worked in private practice as well as in hospital settings including inpatient psychiatric units.
Kat is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) and is passionate about working with new mothers and families whose lives have been touched by postpartum related mood disorders (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders).
Kat is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Masters and Education Specialist (MS/EdS) degrees in Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University.
Kathryn "Katy" Dumont, LCSW

Katy works with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, co-dependency and relationship difficulties. She also works with individuals with grief and end-of-life challenges. She enjoys the opportunity to serve individuals and couples seeking positive change to improve current relationships and enhance their emotional well-being.
Katy is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has Gottman training. She has an extensive background in corporate settings and is fluent in organizational structure and business practices and understands the challenges of the corporate environment.
Katy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida and brings with her over 25 years of experience in the social work field. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Public Health and Master of Social Work degrees.
Alison Moore, LCSW Counselor
Alison works with individuals, couples, and seniors. She works with individuals who seek help with a variety of life stressors including depression, anxiety, grief, and coping with past trauma. She engages those who wish to experience an improved quality of life both as an individual and within their personal relationships.
Alison has extensive knowledge with cognitive behavioral therapy and geriatric counseling. She has worked in private practice, residential treatment centers, nursing homes, and within the hospital setting. She has a special interest in providing a client-centered approach which allows the individual to actively participate in his or her own self-improvement.
Alison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida and has over 30 years of experience in direct client interaction. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of South Florida and holds a Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University.
Araceli Gauna-Scattolini, MS, RMHCI
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Araceli is a bilingual therapist with experience working with minorities (particularly Hispanics and Latinos), children as young as 8 years old, families, individuals and the LGBTQ community.
Her approach to counseling is client-centered and collaborative, meaning that the client is involved in every aspect of their treatment. Her therapeutic relationships are built on trust and empowerment in a nonjudgmental space where her clients can express themselves freely and heal. She also understands cultural and systemic influences that can have an impact on how one copes with challenging situations and self-esteem.
Araceli graduated with a Master’s in Science in Counseling & Psychology from Troy University. While in the graduate program, she gained experience in a school setting, private practice and a community agency. The majority of her work has been in helping children and young adults heal from past traumas. She helps her clients address a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, communication and relationships.
Her internship is a vital part of her ultimate goal of obtaining her LMHC license.

Elizabeth, a native of St. Croix , United States Virgin Islands, has extensive experience in the medical industry that spans almost a decade as a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant. Her bilingual background helps expand our reach to the Latin community.
Elizabeth’s passion for helping people has led her to our front lines as the first expert that clients speak to when they are seeking help. Her warm nature ensures our clients feel comforted and safe that they contacted us. It shows that she finds great satisfaction and joy in being a mental health liaison, listening to clients and creating an action plan to get them in the best hands possible.
Community is also important to Elizabeth. She looks at her position as one that gives back to our community by facilitating and promoting mental wellness.
