Our amazing Emergency Medicine Residents and Faculty had the incredible opportunity to attend the ACEP 2025 Conference last week, and what an experience it was! 🩺✨

They participated in:

🌍 Networking with peers and mentors from across the country

🎓 Gaining fresh insights to bring back to the ER

Our EM residents hit the range at Topgolf for a fun-filled wellness event! Between long shifts and high acuity cases, it’s crucial to recharge, connect, and support one another outside the hospital. Great vibes, great company, and even greater swings. Prioritizing wellness makes us better clinicians and teammates.

🧠 Resident Presentation Highlight!
We had the privilege of hearing from Dr. Richard Cooper (PGY-2) as he delivered an insightful presentation on "Identification and Management of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage."

From recognizing subtle clinical signs to navigating the latest in diagnostic imaging and treatment protocols, Dr. Cooper provided a comprehensive review of this critical neurologic emergency. His evidence-based approach and clear clinical pearls made for an outstanding session!

👏 Great job, Dr. Cooper — a strong example of resident-led education in action.
