I spent the morning at yesterday 🐊

I got to work with our favorite release provider, Dr. Erin, on 2 Craniosacral Therapy (CST) guided tongue tie releases.

I hold the baby's head as Dr. Erin does the release. I can assess for tension as she goes and let her know when it feels like we've still got some tension that needs to be resolved.

I'll be making this service available to current patients in the new year so stay tuned for more details!

We finally have AC! Grab a paint brush and come hang out with us next Saturday, Nov. 22nd.

It’s back on the books! Our Pies & Painting event—yes, the kind where we actually paint WALLS—has a new date after our AC mishap. 🎨🧱🥧

Join us Saturday, Nov 22nd from 10am–2pm to help us refresh the space, enjoy some pies (pizza and otherwise), and hang out in good company.

📣Exciting news📣

We're moving (again)!

We're sad to leave our lovely little space at 726 Missouri but we've grown so much in the last year, it just doesn't work for us anymore.

You'll be able to find Achieve at the new .collaborative location, just 1/2 mile north of our current address. Right next door to Little Lake Play and the Polk Theater. You can even get to our new (larger) parking lot from Missouri Ave, no need to use S. Florida.

We'll be moving in along with some of our favorite providers like .lakeland and .made.pt . We can't wait to see you there!

Ever wondered what an adjustment looks like for babies?

No crunching or cracking, just a gentle touch. And lots of smiles from the patient.

It's not uncommon for babies to smile, laugh, p**p or even fall asleep during their adjustments.

Expressing minor discomfort is also normal, especially if we hit a spot that needs some love. But that discomfort should resolve within a few seconds.

We get work done on the table, on the play mat on the floor, while baby is nursing, or being held by either the doctor or a parent.
