Last week, The Estates at Carpenters welcomed LakelandPD to hand over the toys collected within our community as well as provide a donation in support of their annual COPS for KIDS program.

The COPS for KIDS campaign, in its 19th year, aims to ensure that every child in the community can experience a happy holiday. The toys collected will be distributed this month at an annual pick-up party at which the children can celebrate, take photos with Santa and enjoy dinner.

We love that this program allows us to make an impact outside of our own walls - it's great to be a part of making this campaign such a success!

Each year at The Estates, we give thanks to our team members for all the hard work they do to make the Estates go, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

This year was a great one - complete with games, prizes, music and dancing, a coffee bar and turkeys for all, courtesy of the Estates, and a delicious Chick-fil-A lunch provided by CHERA, our Residents Association!

The Estates at Carpenters in North Lakeland is excited to host our 2nd Annual Christmas Market on Monday, December 8th from 7:00–8:30 PM!

Join us for a magical evening featuring our Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, live holiday music, and photos with Santa — all under the twinkling lights of our beautiful campus.

We’re currently seeking local vendors offering festive, high-quality items such as:
🕯️ Handcrafted gifts
🍪 Baked goods & treats
🎁 Holiday décor
🎨 Artisan crafts
🧤 Seasonal accessories & more!

Vendor Details:
✨ No booth fee
✨ 10’ x 10’ space with 6-foot table & 2 chairs provided
✨ Vendors must provide proof of insurance
✨ Limited spaces available — apply early!

A big thanks to our residents and team members for participating in our Annual School Supply Drive. This year we helped ready 52 of our extended Estates kiddos for their first day of school!

We even added a bag of back to school snacks — we’ll be surprised though if those last until Monday!
