🚨 CUTE ALERT 🚨

This Saturday is the second Kitten Yoga experience as we are partnering with in Lakeland to help find FURever homes for this cute, cuddly little kittens. These kittens need your love and care and want to be your BFF in life. I'm sure you need them as much as they need you!!! We are so thankful for Isabella at Lakeland SPCA for reaching out so we can help their amazing volunteers find homes for these cuties!!

For those coming this Saturday....

🌟Yoga Pointe will offer a sweet extra treat if you adopt a kitten.🌟

🧡Also, if you aren't able to adopt a kitten but have the ability to make a donation to the SPCA, Yoga Pointe will match all of the donations at Saturday's event!!!🧡

Our event is full for Saturday but if you have a place in your heart for a sweet kitten, cat, puppy, or dog the SPCA in Lakeland has many other wonderful animals who need a loving home and are always in need of donations to help support them in caring for all of the animals.

Stretching and strengthening are often talked about separately, but the truth is, they work better together.

🧘‍♀️ Stretching improves flexibility, mobility, and circulation. It helps release tension, increase range of motion, and prevent injury. Think of it as making space in the body.
