Club Success

The Clubhouse model believes people with mental illness can and do live productive lives. Club Success is open to anyone with a history of mental illness.

Members are expected to comply with Clubhouse standards and policies. Referrals can be made by mental health workers, therapists, psychiatrists, social workers, or self-referral. There are no time limitations for membership. To schedule a tour of our facility please contact our Clubhouse at (863) 519-0874 or FAX (863) 686-2336. For lunch orders, please call before 11:00 am.

On Dec. 10th, Club Success had an awesome In-House Outing hosted by Nick and Jared! Members decorated holiday cookies, ate pizza, played games, and celebrated the season by watching Home Alone (as you may be able to tell by our group photo!). Everyone had a blast, and it was a awesome time. Remember, Club Success has an Outing every Wednesday evening from 4PM-7PM. Sign ups for the next exciting adventure are available now!

Club Success is a place for persons living with mental illness to build self-confidence and self-esteem while reintegrating into their community, becoming more independent and productive, and learning to live happy, healthy lives. The “Clubhouse Model” helps foster relationships and recognizes the joint partnership that allows members to work on their recovery by achieving social, financial, educational and vocational goals.
