As we get ready to celebrate MLK Day, you should watch this new video from Journey Box Media. The dream of a beloved community—a place where we share common ground in areas such as schools, restaurants, buses, etc.—was only half of the dream. MLK also dreamed of a beloved economy—a system that would support the beloved community. The lack of the latter has stunted the actualization of the former. Mayra Hidalgo Salazar was an organizer and the first Clinic Coordinator of the Lakeland Justice For Our Neighbors Clinic.
