My tour of Polk County’s newest inpatient rehabilitation hospital, Exalt Health, was truly impressive! The facility is absolutely beautiful, state of the art, thoughtfully designed with patient comfort and recovery in mind. Even more impressive was the incredible team—welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the care they provide. Polk County is lucky to have such a great addition to our healthcare community! 💙
