To do the Kali Mudra, a hand gesture used in yoga and meditation, start by finding a comfortable seat, or you can do it while standing.

​Bring your hands together in front of your chest, about heart level.
​Interlace all of your fingers except your index fingers.
​Extend your index fingers and press their sides together.
​Cross your left thumb over your right thumb.
​Point your index fingers forward or downward, depending on what feels natural.

​As you hold this pose, you can focus on your breath and visualize yourself letting go of any negative energy, stress, or thoughts that no longer serve you.

This mudra is often practiced to help cultivate inner strength and release what holds you back.It also helps in transformation, personal growth and learning.
