Located in Lakeland, FL, Viva Vitality MedSpa specializes in enhancing natural beauty, providing a variety of services such as Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, facial fillers, lasers, medical-grade skincare, facials, peels, and microneedling. Our mission is to boost self-confidence and leave clients feeling wonderful and complimented. We look forward to welcoming everyone to our spa.

Role Description:
This is a part-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative at Viva Vitality MedSpa in Lakeland, FL. The Front Desk Representative will handle all receptionist duties, manage phone calls with proper etiquette, greet and assist patients, schedule and manage reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service. The Front Desk Representative will also communicate effectively with both patients and staff to maintain a smooth workflow in the spa.

Qualifications:
-Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
-Customer Service and Reservations skills
-Effective Communication skills
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Experience in a similar role or in a spa/medical environment is a plus
-High school diploma or equivalent
