You’ve seen the viral videos now you know someone who owns one!
I have no idea how anyone would suspend themselves from their neck?? They even show videos of little Asian men swinging while suspended😂
The handles do allow you to have some control over how much traction you receive.
Feels great when you’re doing it, I also had a pop in my mid back, which felt great!
You will most likely have soreness for the next few days. My neck feels decompressed and I feel like I’m sitting a lot taller.
